BREAKING NEWS: Vehicle hits person on bicycle in Dayton

Police and a medic unit have been dispatched on a report of a vehicle that has hit a person on a bicycle in the area of North James H. McGee Boulevard and Philadelphia Drive.
The accident was reported just after 11 p.m. A Dayton police Neighborhood Assistance Officer said the victim has been taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
Dayton Sgt. Charles Anderson said the victim apparently hit the windshield and has suffered non-life threatening injuries.
A bicycle, apparently mangled in the accident, is at the side of the street.
Two southbound lanes of McGee Boulevard are blocked for the investigation.
